Dear Guest,

We are delighted to welcome you to the Connemara Coast Hotel and hope you will enjoy your stay. Our hotel is ideally located on the Wild Atlantic Way, the world’s longest defined road route at some 2,500 kms. Situated in the Connemara Gaeltacht, the Connemara Coast Hotel is at the epicentre of the Gaelic or Irish speaking community in Galway where the preservation of our cultural heritage and old traditions are passed down from generation to generation. The hotel overlooks Galway Bay and to the west one can see the three Aran Islands and looking to the south, the Burren and in the distance the Cliffs of Moher. Galway City is only minutes away and your stay with us must include a day visit to our beautiful city, better known as the City of the Tribes. Home to fourteen families or tribes, this merchant class shaped (over many centuries) the socio-political and economic values of Galway. The merchants of old are now no more, but they have left beautiful buildings and monuments behind which can be seen all over the city.

We truly hope you enjoy your stay with us along the shores of the Wild Atlantic Way. Take plenty of pictures and selfies and share them on social media using the hashtag #VisitConnemaraCoastHotel… we are building our online community and want you to be part of it!

If there is anything that we can do for you during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team who will be happy to help.

Tá súil againn go mbainfidh tú taitneamh as do shaoire anseo linn in Óstan Chois Fharraige.
