“So... we arrived on a Thursday overworked, tired, stressed and hardly even realized it. First impressions were good and check in was a friendly relaxed and quick affair- exactly what we needed. Our room was stunning with a view that took our breaths away - the Atlantic crashing in the distance starting to weave its magic on our tired minds without us even knowing. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp white sheets, the bathroom was immaculate. In fact the entire hotel was immaculate. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive, perfect balance in fact. We ate in the bar and it was by far the best bar meal i have ever tasted - a breast of chicken cooked to near perfection with a beautiful tropical refreshing salad on the side. A hot stone massage and dip in the hot tub was too much for my stress and it evaporated.
We checked out on Sunday morning after a hearty breakfast in the sunny and panoramic dining room and were completely transformed people to the ones that had checked in. Thank you to the wonderful staff of the Connemara Coast Hotel for a truly memorable stay.”
