Our fantastic class schedule is designed to meet all your fitness needs. Enjoy a full-body workout in our 10/10/10 class, featuring 10 minutes of high-intensity cardio, 10 minutes of muscle toning, and 10 minutes of abdominal burn.
You can also improve your flexibility in our Hatha Yoga class or strengthen your core in our Pilates classes. All classes are complimentary with your membership, with many more being added soon.
