Teach Furbo Seafood Bar is a relaxed space, open to guests and locals alike. Choose a casual seat in the bar, or dine in Teach Furbo Seafood Restaurant, with views stretching across Galway Bay to the Burren in County Clare. Irish is the main language spoken here, so don’t be surprised to hear a cúpla focal.
The menu reflects the seasons and our coastal setting, with daily specials built around the catch of the day. Our ingredients are locally sourced, like Atlantic hake and prawns . You’ll also find traditional pub classics, like a hearty seafood chowder served with homemade brown bread, or the Teach Furbo ‘Spice Bag’.
Bar food is available throughout the day, with a full evening bar and a restaurant menu from 6pm. Round off your evening with a cocktail or a taste of something local from the Micil Distillery in Connemara.
