General Booking Terms

• All reservations are subject to availability and rate confirmation at the time of booking.
• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
• Check-in time is from 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon unless otherwise stated.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Flexible Rates (Standard Bookings)

• Flexible bookings may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival (unless otherwise stated at the time of booking).
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
• In the case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the stay booked.

Advance Purchase Rates

• Advance Purchase rates are fully prepaid at the time of booking.
• These bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable.
• In the event of cancellation, modification or non-arrival, the full booking value will be charged and is non-refundable.

Group Bookings

• Separate terms and conditions may apply to group bookings (5 rooms or more) and will be outlined at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival, for advanced purchase bookings credit/debit cards will be charged at the time of booking.
